Rub a serving plate all over with a cut garlic clove. Wash and slice any fresh tomatoes you have on hand. Slice fresh mozzarella cheese. Season tomatoes and cheese with kosher salt and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Top with fresh chopped basil leaves. Yum! Can’t wrong with these ingredients.
